Personal Creations can take some time, as they are made to order. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a proof copy of your design via WhatsApp, Once you confirm you are happy with the design, we will send the design to the machine to be made
You will be updated again once your order has been sent.
Delivery is with Royal Mail and takes 48 hours, You will be provided a tracking number when your items are sent, so you can follow their journey to you.
Returns within 28 days are to be returned with tags and bag in a resaleable condition.
Any personalised items are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged, which is clearly stated on the product page, so you are aware, and also stated in our returns policy.
