Delivery & Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive school uniform items which are not in any material respect what you ordered or which are damaged or defective in any material respect, or are of a materially different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any such shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any such damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the School Uniform items in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email to within 3 working days of delivery of the items in question and, if we request you to, return the items in question to us. This does not affect your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer.


Delivery is 3 to 7 days, however in peak times this can be up to 14 working days. Royal Mail 2nd class is used to deliver parcels, a tracking number will be sent when dispatched. You can track your parcels using the Royal Mail Track & Trace website.
